Palak Paneer combines fresh spinach and cottage cheese (ricotta) in a creamy curry. A vegetarian dish from the lush green fields of Punjab. Paneer is prepared at GITS factory itself to avoid any adulteration. To be enjoyed with Tandoori roti, paratha and naan. Cooked in small batches to bring out the perfect taste.
