Returns & Refund Policy
The Banya Store , at its sole discretion, provide a refund on the return of Products within 30 days, provided the Product packaging remains intact and in a saleable condition. You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for any postage and shipping expenses incurred for any refund granted under this provision.
Defective Items If you receive defective items, you are expected to refuse the delivery and return the products to the delivery team immediately after inspection. No claim for return or compensation will be considered if you do not notify The Banya Store of defective products at the time of delivery. Credit, exchange, repair, and replacement are entirely at the discretion of The Banya Store.
Perishables If you order and receive perishables (such as vegetables, chilled, or frozen items), you agree to refuse the delivery and return the products to the delivery staff upon examination if they are unsatisfactory. No claim for return or reimbursement will be considered if you do not inform The Banya Store within 24 hours after delivery.
Damaged Items via Third-Party Courier In the event that a damaged item is supplied through a third-party courier, we will refund the return shipping cost after a satisfactory examination of the product is completed. In all other circumstances, you understand and agree that you are responsible for all postage and shipping expenses involved with any refund.
All decisions regarding credit, replacement, exchange, or repair remain at the exclusive discretion of The Banya Store.
